One is to continuously expand the scale of the R&D team through campus recruitment, talent introduction and other channels. The second is to improve the technical capabilities of engineers. By formulating a systematic training plan, cultivate more professionals who understand the system knowledge, so that they can communicate with customers and tap the potential needs of customers in the future; the third is to strengthen cooperation with universities to empower research and development. The development capability of the center has reached the advanced level of peers.
The design engineering team has formed a full-process digital quality control process system through continuous summarization of design and production experience, and established a complete and efficient quality traceability system from product raw material storage, workshop manufacturing, product testing, and storage, providing powerful technical Support, to achieve 100% product testing. At the same time, the design engineering team also has rich experience in engineering practice. Therefore, it can provide customers with engineering technical consultation, remote technical guidance, post-operation and maintenance guidance, provide complete products and supporting services, solve customers’ actual engineering problems, and provide more for global customers.
The Leader laboratory was established in accordance with the national CANS requirements and has third-party independent testing qualifications. The laboratory covers an area of about 300 square meters and has 40 sets (sets) of domestic leading testing equipment. Safety and reliability tests such as mechanical, electrical, environmental, and material properties can be performed. The testing standards refer to traditional international standards such as EN50521, EN50548, UL3730, and EN50618. The main researchers of the laboratory often publish experimental results and papers in domestic and foreign journals to promote the development of the photovoltaic industry.
